My client in the midlands has reached out to me in regards to a new Building Control opportunity, please see below.
Building Control Manager
- Contract Length: 6-12 months'
- Rate: DoE
- Location: Midlands
The position would only be open to a registered Class 2A/F Inspector, that also held the Class 4 registration.
The applicant would also need to have worked at a Local Authority & be familiar with the below:
- BSR KPI requirements
- A Quality Management system including BSi audits.
- Enforcement procedures
- Reversions
- Dangerous structures
