Quantity Surveyor
360 Recruitment is currently assisting a specialist contractor in their search for a Quantity Surveyor.
This opportunity will be working on civil engineering & earthworks schemes across London and the Southeast.
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent, with travel to sites as and when required
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on level of experience, projects worked on, etc)

About the role:
- Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Measurement and valuation of civils packages.
- Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and valuations.
- Produce monthly valuations and commercial reports.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and commercial best practice.
- Provide commercial support to the project management team.
- Risk and value-engineering assessments.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management.
