Senior Quantity Surveyor

A regional main contractor renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team in Birmingham, working on high-rise and multi-room residential projects.

• Work on a variety of high-rise and multi-room projects across the Midlands, reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager.
• Provide commercial support to project teams both on-site and in the office.
• Ensure projects are administered effectively, meeting commercial targets and client expectations.
• Oversee procurement, measurement, cost control, and accruals calculations.
• Contribute to monthly reporting, earned value analysis, and commercial planning.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor.
• Experience on high-rise, multi-room, or large-scale residential projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Understanding of current Construction Law.
• Strong commercial management experience.

• Up to 70,000 per annum
