The Role
We are looking for a Class 2B+ Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects while developing their career within a supportive and progressive organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations in the North Surrey area.
- Assess plans and specifications for regulatory compliance.
- Provide clear, practical guidance to clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage your own caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Produce accurate and timely reports.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
About You
- Registered as a Class 2B+ RBI (essential).
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation.
- Experience in building control inspections and plan checking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
