We are seeking Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to support our clients pivotal energy projects. This role is instrumental in delivering end-to-end commercial and cost control services for transformational projects that support the UK's energy transition strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle cost management across project lifecycles-from tendering and procurement through to contract negotiation, cost control, and final account settlement. Administer NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4 preferred), overseeing valuations, change control, and cost variance coordination. Provide robust forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of cost performance; ensure accurate and timely financial insights. Drive value engineering and cost optimisation strategies in alignment with project and client needs.
