Role Overview Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role is responsible for the commercial delivery and contractual management of all contracted works, including remeasurement and valuation of works enduring that commercial and contractual targets are achieved. The role will be required to commercially manage a profile of work and ensure the maximum contribution for the company. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of projects and contracts. Setting budgets and agreeing specification for works pre-start and closely monitoring throughout to ensure project targets are achieved. Provide contractual and cost advise to operational management and staff. Procurement and cost management of Subcontractor packages.
