The type of project will involve building a new depot and station within a rail environment for a transport client. Candidate Profile Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar At least 2 years post graduate experience Previous main contractor experience, ideally on rail projects Experience with NEC contracts, JCT also preferred but not essential Experience on major projects, managing multiple sub contract packages Roles & Responsibilities Prompt presentation of all applications for payment, including all contractual entitlements.
