Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Maintenance Victoria based (with travel to Hertford) 60K+ package We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor based in Victoria, with travel to Hertford. This role is working on planned maintenance, FRA projects and retrofit refurbishments within Social Housing, on behalf of Local Authority and Housing Association clients. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility, ownership and accountability of the successful management of the commercial / financial and contractual elements of projects.
