Senior Quantity Surveyor - Rail Competitive Salary- London & St Albans The Role Do you have strong NEC3 and NEC4 contract knowledge gained across rail, highways or major civil engineering projects? Are you ready to take ownership of complex commercial matters while helping clients deliver major infrastructure programmes? We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing consultancy, based at our London office and working around 50% of the time on site in the St Albans area during the first two years. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide hands-on pre-contract and post-contract commercial management within a Design & Build environment.
