We are seeking Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to support our clients pivotal energy projects. This role is instrumental in delivering end-to-end commercial and cost control services for transformational projects that support the UK's energy transition strategy. Projects can be either Nuclear, Carbon, Renewable Energy, Power, Net Zero or Transmission & Distribution. All positions are working on a hybrid basis (3 days a week client site). Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle cost management across project lifecycles-from tendering and procurement through to contract negotiation, cost control, and final account settlement. Administer NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4 preferred), overseeing valuations, change control, and cost variance coordination. Provide robust forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of cost performance; ensure accurate and timely financial insights.
