Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Norwich (with site visits as required), Non hybrid or WFH. Salary circ £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Initially on a temporary contract basis until 31 March 2027. Job Purpose The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the effective commercial management of building and environmental service contracts delivered by our Norwich based environmental & property maintenance company. This includes repairs, void property works, damp remedial projects, and environmental services such as Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleansing, pest control, and cleaning services.
