Our Building Control service is going from strength to strength, and we are now looking to recruit a permanent Building Control Surveyor to join the team. This is an exciting time to be involved in Building Control, our current projects include Gainsborough Town Centre regeneration with a new cinema, prestigious housing developments, multi-storey apartments and every kind of domestic extension and alteration you could think of. We are looking for a positive, commercially focused, forward-thinking surveyor with excellent ICT skills to become a part of our busy Building Control team. The successful candidate will undertake Building Control duties including plan checking, site inspections, enforcement, dangerous structures, and other building surveying duties when necessary.
