T he majority of the workload consists of  Class 2A and 2B  projects , though there is opportunity to get involved in 2D-F for anyone with suitable RBI accreditation. Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) | Contract Rate:  £50 - £55 per hour, Outside IR35 (possibly higher DOE) Location:  Yorkshire Employment Type:  Contract (Full-Time preferred, Part-Time considered)   Overview Confido have been exclusively appointed to support with a new search for a  Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+)  on an  Outside IR35 contract basis . This is an urgent requirement, and we're the  only agency instructed on the vacancy . The client is seeking an experienced RBI who can start quickly and provide coverage across a well-established domestic project portfolio within Yorkshire (exact postcode areas available on request). The workload is predominantly residential, with a small number of office fit-outs and minor commercial projects (under supervision if not 2D registered).
