Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Our client operate as both Main Contractor and Sub Contractor within the Retail sector. They undertake projects up to £5M in value as the main contractor and multiple packages working as a sub contractor. Based in close to Hitchin, Hertfordshire, they have successfully grown the business organically for the last 19 years, starting out as Sub contractors to the likes of Isg. They have moved into principle contracting, bringing in a very experienced industry leader as Director to assist with bringing in new clients and developing processes. They are looking to employ Quantity Surveyor with 2-5 years experience within the industry, someone with some experience, but not set in their ways, to enable them to train and develop the successful candidate.
