Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with client-side expertise in social housing to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial and contractual management across a portfolio of housing projects, ensuring value for money, robust cost control, and compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
