Job Description My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the UK, operating across multiple locations nationwide. They are currently seeking to strengthen their Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor . The commercial team plays a key role in the successful delivery of site developments. Working closely with construction, technical and finance departments, the Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the financial management of designated projects, ensuring commercial performance targets are achieved.
