The Person Our client is looking for a Chartered Surveyor/Project Manager to work in partnership with their Loss Adjusters across a mixed portfolio of commercial and major and complex material damage insurance claims and to Project Manage each claim requiring building repair works. Contract Administration: Negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor agreements, and handling contractual claims or disputes. Feasibility Studies: Advising on the financial viability of construction projects. Valuations: Performing site visits to measure work completed and managing interim payments.
