The Role Claim Evaluation : Review all information from clients and claim handlers and conduct detailed site visits to validate claims for policy coverage, determine defect causation and scope of damage. Customer Interaction: Communicate with policyholders to gather additional information and inform them of policy liability and scope decisions.
