You will attend construction sites, aid in building cost estimates, support in producing contracts, and work closely with finance teams for accurate financial reports. Apex Resources Limited are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent contract in Widnes, WA8 Must have experience in fast pace retail and fitout projects; Cost Management & Estimation: Preparing, forecasting, and tracking budgets for labour, materials, and time. Contract Administration: Negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor agreements, and handling contractual claims or disputes. Feasibility Studies: Advising on the financial viability of construction projects. Valuations: Performing site visits to measure work completed and managing interim payments. Risk Management: Identifying financial risks, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Final Accounts: Closing out projects by reconciling final costs.
