Summary: The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of projects and operations. This includes managing costs, contracts, procurement, and commercial risk to ensure business objectives are met while maximising profitability and compliance. Duties and Responsibilities: Commercial management: Lead commercial strategy specifically on the Sizewell C nuclear project and other smaller projects across the business. Ensure robust cost control, forecasting, and reporting. Drive margin improvement and value optimisation. Review and approve commercial change control and pricing strategies.
