The role supports a market-leading Complex Facilities business, delivering full design and project management for minor building fit-out projects for national clients, including government departments. You will provide a comprehensive range of surveying services such as asset capture, condition surveys, historic building assessments, void surveys, and specialist surveys including RAAC and cell door fire compliance.
