This role is ideal for an experienced chartered quantity surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of complex projects from concept through to completion. The team has an impressive client base in the commercial sector, working on projects including new builds, cut and carves, and high-quality fit-outs up to £100m in value. Their client base is repeat-business driven and values commercially astute advice, proactive cost management, and hands-on project leadership.
