Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a quantity surveyor to be engaged on a permanent basis in Grangemouth, Scotland. What you'll be doing Take ownership of project commercial management, ensuring accurate measurement, valuation, and timely cash collection to maintain healthy project cash flow. Support the preparation and review of weekly and monthly CVRs, ensuring cost and value reporting is robust and reliable. Administer contracts effectively, managing Early Warnings, Compensation Events, and variations in line with NEC and other standard forms. Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors, from procurement through t0 final account, driving performance and ensuring best value. Provide commercial insight and productivity analysis to support tender compliance and accurate forecasting.
