Job Summary Permanent Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager position in the City of London. Salary £60,000-£70,000 plus pension and bonus. Responsibilities Pre and post contract work, including cost management and client liaison. Take ownership of live projects from initiation through to hand over and completion. Prepare cost plans and tender documentation, and conduct tender analysis. Manage contractor procurement and provide recommendations to the client. Administer contracts and oversee project delivery to agreed price and time. Qualifications MRICS qualified with 2-3 years of post qualification experience.
