We are working with a client undertaking a commercial project in Norfolk. We are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work within a commercial team on site. We are currently seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to work on a major alliance project in Swillington. Reporting to the Programme Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will take the lead on the monthly commercial reporting cycle for their allocated schemes/batches. The role will involve administering the Alliance change control process and supporting the Alliance Manager with monthly payment applications. You will be responsible for monitoring costs, forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely commercial reporting, and providing strong commercial support throughout the delivery of the schemes. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
