The successful candidate will provide services to a wide range of clients, covering the full spectrum of Building Surveying instructions, including pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, project management, and development monitoring. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Chartered Building Surveyor or due to sit the Assessment of Professional Competence soon, Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, Commercially minded and client-focused, Experience in pre-acquisition and building surveys is preferred.
