Freelance Quantity Surveyor (PQS) required on a part-time basis by a consultancy Your new company The services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established and busy construction consultancy based in Belfast, to recruit a Freelance Quantity Surveyor on a temporary contract / freelance basis to assist with a peak in workload. Your new role Working as part of a larger projects team on x2 retail fit-out projects, you will provide pre-contract QS services to include: Producing estimates, budgets and cost plansPreparing bills of quantities.
