Job Role Reporting to the Managing Surveyor, this role holds accountability in supporting, coaching and mentoring the Building Surveyors, Assistants and Trainees within the designated region. Co ordinating the internal structure of the regional inspection team, implementing company policies and achieving company goals and objectives to ensure a competent and compliant working environment and that quality standards are consistently met. Working with the Management team, you will drive consistency and standardisation in expectations, policy, process and approach across the Group. Support communications across the Building Control and Warranty divisions and for communications within your individual regions.
