I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing independent construction consultancy in Birmingham, that primarily works with national retail and leisure clients on fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office, and regular travel required UK-wide to project sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to work on fit out and refurbishment projects within the retail sector, supporting a portfolio of national retail clients. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, providing cost management, commercial advice, procurement support, and helping to ensure successful project delivery across multiple schemes.
