Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a long-term contract based in Cardiff Bay. Our client is a leading provider of tested and bespoke building envelope solutions across the UK, offering specialist consultancy, design, chartered engineering, and flexible procurement and installation services. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support projects across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring costs are effectively controlled while maintaining quality and programme requirements.
