Our client are currently looking for motivated Class 2 and 3 Building Inspectors to join their team - they are winning a lot of work in Cardiff and are ideally looking for someone in that area. They operate a hybrid model which means typically 3 days in the office or on site and 2 days at home (depending on the need for site visits/clients meetings). What does the role involve? You'll manage a broad and interesting range of projects where you will be a member of a highly motivated team and have responsibility for: Undertaking plan checks submitted for Building Regulation approval. Undertaking site visits, preparing site visit reports, witnessing tests (therefore a full, valid driving licence is essential). Attending client and design team meetings to give professional advice regarding building control work.
