Chartered Building Surveyor Immediate opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a prominent public sector organisation in Glasgow on a contract basis. My client is a prominent public sector organisation who manage a billion-pound commercial portfolio which includes over 1800 assets in retail, office, industrial and mixed used properties. They have an incredible opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team. The appointed Surveyor will work within the Technical Team, providing a diverse range of duties in connection with the management of the investment portfolio. You would require to deliver projects ranging from circa 50k - 2M Key Responsibilities: Delivery of projects undertaking a wide range of Building Surveying services including, serving and negotiating dilapidations, schedules of condition, condition surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, fire insurance/reinstatement valuations, feasibility studies and landlord consents.
