Quantity Surveyor Leeds region Permanent role 50,000 - 65,000 + car allowance The Quantity Surveyor plays a key role within the Mechanical & Electrical division, supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, residential and public sector environments. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Managers, Estimators and site teams, the role is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through to final account. This includes subcontractor management, cost control, valuations, forecasting, change management and client liaison to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
