Senior Quantity Surveyor (Utilities / Civils) Rate: 450- 500/day (Umbrella/PAYE) Location: Hybrid Duration: September 2026 - February 2027 We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a major Grid Infrastructure project. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in Utilities, Energy, Power, Water, Rail, Highways, or Civil Engineering projects . Candidates with predominantly building, residential, or fit-out experience will not be suitable. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of infrastructure projects. Client liaison and stakeholder management. Management of AFPs, compensation events, and change control. Cost forecasting, CVR reporting, and monthly commercial reporting. Subcontract procurement and account management. NEC contract administration. Supporting material and plant procurement activities.
