We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, initially for 3 months, to support the delivery of rail projects in Liverpool. Working as part of the commercial team, you will play a key role in the identification, preparation and management of early warnings and compensation events/change, ensuring all commercial matters are administered, priced and negotiated in accordance with contractual requirements. Hybrid working is permitted. Key Responsibilities Identify, prepare and manage early warnings in line with contract requirements. Support the administration and management of change and compensation events. Prepare, assess and negotiate change pricing.
