An award-winning Northwest construction consultancy is seeking a client-facing MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Liverpool office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with private clients, delivering high quality pre and post contract services on luxury and super-prime residential properties across the Northwest. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client facing role, leading 2-3 projects, gaining support where required from a couple of Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
