Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major rail/infrastructure project in London. The successful candidate will have strong NEC contract and subcontract management experience , ideally gained within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environment. You will be responsible for the commercial management of subcontracts from initial procurement and placement through to final account, while supporting the wider project team with cost control, forecasting, risk and change management. This is a hands-on senior commercial role requiring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with project management, engineering, procurement and client/commercial teams.
