We are seeking an experienced Project Clerk of Works to provide independent quality assurance and technical oversight across multiple live project sites. Clerk of Works Building & M&E Compliance Pay rate: £300 per day Contract duration 6 Months, with potential to extend to 12 Months and beyond Work Pattern Monday to Friday Nights (Out of Hours) , with occasional weekend working for critical programme elements (16.30 - 03.30) The purpose of this role is to provide independent, technically focused oversight of contractor works across multiple sites, ensuring all activities are delivered strictly in accordance with approved scope, drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and agreed project plans.
