Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor required Our client is a building main contractor based in Central London and entrusted with some of Britain's most prestigious residential and commercial properties. They are carrying out a refurbishment roll our programme of converting old fire stations into high end commercial units and require, on a freelance basis, an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a background and be competent on the day to day commercial issues of an on-going site. Other pre requisites include: Experienced Quantity Surveyor at running concurrent projects. Ideally experience within the construction London market Experience of refurbishment projects. Formal Quantity Surveyor's qualification. Strong communication skills. Commercially and technically competent. The Senior Quantiy Surveyor will need to live within commuting distance of Central London
