We are currently working with a leading developer looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support with package management and final accounts on a 1,000 Unit New Build Residential scheme in SE London. Oversee package procurement from tender through to final account Manage subcontractor valuations, variations and cost reporting Lead on final accounts and commercial close-out of multiple work packages Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial forecasting Identify and mitigate commercial risks across the scheme Work closely with project managers, site teams and senior commercial staff Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and developer procedures Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives Prepare and present detailed cost reports to internal stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience working on large-scale residential developments Strong background in package management...
