We are looking for an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a solid foundation in civil engineering. You will manage commercial aspects of major highways schemes, including smart motorways, bypass construction, and resurfacing frameworks. This role offers clear progression to Senior QS with direct mentorship from our Commercial Directors. Key Responsibilities Manage sub-contractor procurement, variations, and final accounts. Administer NEC3/NEC4 Option A, B, or C contracts daily. Conduct regular site measurements and valuations. Prepare accurate monthly cost value reconciliations (CVR).
