My Client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen oversight of their responsive repairs contract with a major contractor. The role will require working 1 day per week in the office in SLondon and 4 days working from home. The rate of pay is 350pd to 400pd This role has arisen due to concerns around cost control and contract compliance, particularly relating to variations and work order management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring value for money and robust commercial governance.
