Role: Clerk of Works Location: Central London Rate £400- £440 per day CIS Duration: 6 months Hours: vary due to work flow Days: Mon-Fri 300 North are recruiting for an experienced clerk of works to oversee the safe and compliant delivery of construction and building services projects across fixed Central Government sites in London. Acting as the client-side representative on site, you will provide independent oversight of contractors and ensure works are delivered to the required quality, programme and technical standards. Key responsibilities Monitor works against approved drawings, specifications and programme milestones. Oversee contractor performance, workmanship and site safety.
