Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Rail Framework Northwest Rate: £400 per day Status: Outside IR35 Location: Site based Northwest Working pattern: 5 days per week on site The role This is an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor position working on a live rail framework in the Northwest, initially with a subcontractor , with clear exposure and progression working alongside and into the main contractor team. It s a hands-on delivery role, suited to someone who wants proper site experience rather than sitting behind a desk. The work You ll be supporting the commercial delivery of rail works under NEC / NR forms of contract , working closely with site teams, the commercial lead, and the main contractor interface.
