Principal People are working with a well-established Health and Safety Consultancy, to recruit a Building Control Surveyor to be working across projects with a variation of clients predominantly within the North-West region. This will be an ongoing contract looking initially at 12 months with likelihood to continue beyond this. This is to pay the successful candidate a day rate of £(Apply online only)/day. This key on-site role will involve working closely with developers, contractors, architects, designers, and client-appointed Building Control Bodies, providing expert guidance and ensuring statutory compliance is achieved, documented, and tracked.
