An excellent freelance opportunity is available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience overseeing the full commercial lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure projects. You may work independently or lead a small commercial team or alternatively report into a more senior commercial lead depending on project structure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and issue accurate, timely contractual notices and correspondence in line with project requirements. Identify and communicate commercial risks and opportunities to the contract lead. Prepare and agree applications for payment and assess payment certificates. Maintain detailed records of variations, delays, extensions of time, and claims. Ensure consistent application of company commercial procedures and policies.
