Phase One of the scheme comprises 153 residential apartments and 10 commercial units , with completion due in late Q1 2027 . A Phase Two development will follow, delivering a further 282 new-build apartments . With a strong secured pipeline of future projects, this role offers long-term stability and progression within a growing construction and development business.
