The Company: We re working with one of the UK s largest Property Developers who are looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their small, North West based commercial team. The Role: This is a new role and they are recruiting due to consistent growth and ambitious plans. It's a hybrid role where you would spend 2 days a week working from home and 3 days a week in their office with occasional site visits. You ll be involved in the project from its early stages so any cost planning/estimating experience you have would be very useful. Your key task is to ensure that projects progress efficiently, affordably and safely. You ll be responsible for tracking progress, spend, cashflow, and risk.
