Job Title: BUILDING SERVICES CLERK OF WORKS Location - Manchester Salary - 45,000 - 50,000 This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to apply site-based technical inspection, construction quality assurance and building services knowledge while supporting clients across a wide range of projects. You will be responsible for independent monitoring of mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) building services installations across the built environment and related sectors, ensuring quality, compliance and adherence to design intent and industry standards.
