Our client is a well-established Residential Groundworks Contractor specialising in infrastructure civils, earthworks, and plot groundworks. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full responsibility for the commercial management of groundwork projects across the North East. From procurement through to final account, you'll ensure projects deliver optimum value while maintaining quality and compliance. We're seeking candidates with strong commercial, negotiation, and reporting skills.
